For Weight Loss:
Drink two cups of Kenyan Oolong Tea daily – one cup 15 minutes before breakfast and another cup 15 minutes before lunch.
For Weight Maintenance:
Drink one cup of Kenyan Oolong Tea daily – 15 minutes before breakfast.
Oolong tea is best brewed at 195 degrees.
Heat 16-20 fl. oz. of water to desired temperature. Add one Kenyan tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. One tea bag is large enough to steep two 8-10 oz. cups of tea.
Kenyan Oolong makes for a delicious, nourishing cup of iced tea. The tea carries the same health and fat-fighting benefits hot or cold, so feel free to drink either way. Great Slimming Iced Tea (based on one quart of tea):
1) Bring ½ quart of fresh water up to almost (but not quite) boiling (195 degrees)
2) Pour the hot water into a heat safe pitcher and steep with five tea bags for about five minutes.
3) Sweeten if desired (lemon or honey works well)
4) Finally, add enough ice until the tea is cold enough not to melt the ice cubes anymore.
